1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Accepted Reasons: We accept returns for both defective/damaged products and non-defective items (such as change of mind).
- Product Condition: Items must be New (unopened in original packaging or never used).
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges if you need a different version of the same product.
- Exclusions: Personalized items, used/washed goods, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
3. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender” by the carrier, we will contact you via email to discuss available options, such as re-shipping or a refund.
4. How to Start a Return
All returns are handled By Mail.
- Pre-printed Label: For your convenience, a return shipping label is included in the package with every order.
- Process: Simply pack the item in its original condition, attach the included label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- Damage Claims: If the item is damaged, please email support@mostgoodies.com with photographic evidence before sending it back so we can prioritize your replacement.
5. Return Fees & Costs
- Shipping Labels: There is no upfront cost to use the return label included in your package.
- Return Shipping Fee: Return shipping is Free.
- Restocking Fees: There is no restocking fee ($0).
- Original Shipping: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
